How long does it take to deliver my order?

UK – If you placed your order before 2pm GMT and your product is in stock, it will be delivered on the following working day.

For international orders, the date of your delivery depends entirely on where you are located. We have storage facilities in Europe and Dubai that may still be able to fulfil your order quickly. We will inform you on the expected delivery date.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges depend on the weight of your order and your area code. In some circumstances, you will qualify for free shipping. If you want the exact shipping costs, please contact us or request a quote.

How will my order be packaged?

We deliver orders over 13m2 on a pallet. The tiles are boxed and shrink wrapped before they are carefully loaded by forklift onto the lorry. If we do not deliver your order on a pallet, it will be packaged in an appropriately sized box.

Which carrier does Ecotile ship with?

We currently ship smaller orders via Parcel Force and orders over 30 m2 with PW Gates. European orders are shipped via Kuehne + Nagel. Orders shipped to the rest of the world will be shipped via the appropriate freight method.

Larger orders are shipped via vehicles with tail lifts.

Can I arrange my own delivery?

Yes, you can arrange for your order to be collected – please let us know if you would like to arrange your own collection.

I wasn’t there when you delivered my order, where is my order now?

If you are not there to sign for your order, it will be taken back to storage unless you asked us to store it somewhere safe. If the delivery time was pre scheduled, and you weren’t there we may bill you for holding stock before we redeliver your item.

Is tracking available?

Yes, you will receive a tracking code with your delivery confirmation.

Can my delivery be prioritised or delivered early?

Yes, we offer early delivery but you will be charged for this additional service.

How are customs charges applied?

If you’re placing an international order for delivery using our Standard Delivery service, you’ll be notified of any customs charges. You will be notified of the charges before your order is released.

Ecotile has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We are not able to pay these charges for you or refund the charges.

If payment has not been received after 10 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel and you will be notified.
