Saracens rugby club inspire Ecotile to “try” harder
Ecotile are throwing themselves in to everything rugby related for the next three years as we are the proud new occupants of box 3 at Saracens impressive ground Allianz Park in north London.
Saracens are a professional rugby union team based in London, England – although they formerly played their home games at Vicarage Road, in Watford just outside of the capital.
|Full name||Saracens Football Club|
|Union||Rugby Football Union|
|Nickname(s)||Sarries, The Men in Black, Wolf Pack, Fez-Boys|
James Gedye (Managing Director) and Michael Ollivere (Production & Engineering Director) are lifelong rugby fans and ex amateur players and as we can see from this photo Lucinda O’Reilly (Sales & Marketing Director) is a new and very enthusiastic convert!
James comments “There are a lot of parallels between our world class interlocking floor tiles and rugby players– durability and toughness as demonstrated here by saracens Prop-Forward Rhys Gill but also versatility and speed as exemplified by Winger Chris Ashton who has represented England both in Rugby league and Rugby union. The dedication and discipline the Saracens team exhibit whether training or playing is an inspiration to the Ecotile team who are also a very tight unit and although we’ll be enjoying ourselves with valued customers and suppliers at every home game we can also use the box for meetings during the week, it’s very convenient to have such a prestigious meeting venue just at the bottom of the M1”.
Lucinda O’Reilly, Exports & Marketing Director is an integral part of the team that has grown Ecotile Flooring in to the successful manufacturing business it is today.
