Ecotile Fun Squad donates £120 to children’s charity
We like to have fun at Ecotile and we also like to raise money for charity so to make sure all the bases are covered we’ve set up the Fun Squad! Every quarter one representative from each of our teams (Factory, Field Sales, Sales Admin and Installation) becomes the fun squad and organises an activity for everyone to take part in.
Most recently we had a sweepstake for the Cheltenham Gold Cup where the winner stood to gain £20 for themselves and £100 to donate to their favourite charity. Our rep for the South West Richard Potts came out on top with Dandridge (no one had selected the winner Solar Impulse – we’re obviously not much good with horses) and donated his entire winnings of £120 to the Ladybugs Trust whose objectve is to help children and young adolescents with disabilities and varying special needs to experience life in a varity of different ways. It’s a fantastic charity so please take a moment to check out their website Ladybugs Trust
The challenge for 2016 takes place on Sunday 12th June when Stephan and Chloe will be competing in the Staffordshire Ironman 70.3 which consists of the following;
Swim; 1.2 miles towing Chloe in her kayak

Run: 13.1 miles towing Chloe in her chair
Total: 70.3 miles
They are part of the Gordon and Tana Ramsey team and will be raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital for a palliative care unit. It’s a brilliant cause and a really tough challenge so if you’d like to support them with a donation please follow this link Stephan and Chloe JustGiving page I know they’l be incredibly grateful for any size donation and they will certainly have earned it! Let’s hope the weather stays fine for them on the 12th of June – best of luck from everyone at Ecotile Flooring.
