Customer service rated excellent in Trustpilot reviews!
We’re delighted to see that so many of our customers received excellent customer service! Many thanks to all our customers who left reviews on Trustpilot last month and congratulations to Mr Phil Cottle who won the monthly raffle and received his £5.00 Starbucks gift card. This is a new initiative to encourage all our customers to tell us about their experience of our company and products whether good or bad (fortunately the vast majority have been good so far!) So please reply to the invitation you’ll receive once your order has been delivered and give us your feedback on Trustpilot to be entered in to the monthly draw. http://www.trustpilot.co.uk
Here are the reviews we received in August with some great advice for other potential customers.
Prompt delivery and communication of a good item
The PVC skirting arrived promptly and was followed up with a courtesy call to check I was happy… I cannot fault the service one bit. As for the skirting itself, it is easy to fit and looks good. There were however some scratched and improperly finished off pieces (the coloured texture was chipped away at the ends of some pieces revealing the white underneath) but on the whole I am very satisfied.
A good professional service from initial sample sent to order despatched and delivered
excellent workshop flooring
The blue floor tiles were ordered on Ebay and came promptly. They are easy to lay on a clean flat floor where they click into each other easily and are hammered flat with a rubber hammer. More tricky is cutting them to fit along walls and into corners. They are made of pretty tough plastic (I assume) and it takes quite a lot of strength to cut them cleanly with a Stanley knife. One is always aware that a blade can slip and result in a nasty cut so I took it very carefully and scored along the top side 4 or 5 times with a straight edge before bending it over and completing the cut from the underneath. Corners were trickier so I made cardboard templates and laid them over the tiles before quite a lot of scoring with the Stanley knife. The blade needed changing regularly but was still the best way to make a neat cut. I tried briefly cutting the tiles with a handsaw and an angle grinder but the cuts were ragged and untidy. I contacted the company regarding purchasing a lot of extra tiles direct for a double garage and was told ordering them on Ebay is the most economical way. My workshop floor cost about £280 and the garage (5.5 x 5.8 sq m) will cost about £800. A tidy sum compared with using floor paint but much neater, warmer underfoot and should last a lot longer with no maintenance.
superb quality and excellent service
great quality tiles ,competitively priced. One quick phone call to confirm stock availability , tiles ordered on line and arrived the following day. You can’t get better service than that.
Excellent service , would recommend to anyone
Good quality tiles , easy to install, Managed to get a better deal on the company ebay page than on the company website so if you are looking for the best price i would suggest doing a search on ebay.
Ecotile were very efficient in dealing with our order and arranging a suitable date for the installation.
great product and great service.
Purchased the dark grey Ecotile with coin top for new garage which now down look fantastic. As per other installs I wouldn’t cut these 7mm tiles with anything other than jigsaw or similar as they are tough (as they should be) and you could end up in A&E. The ramp sections really finished off the installation.
Good quick service
first class service
Sales staff very helpful and delivery excellent. Have used this company 3 times to best effect.
Happy 1st Time Customer
Easy to talk to, great assistance from Cam on the Sales desk, with guidance on purchase requirements for our project. After reviewing the video guides we laid the floor ourselves (easy and satisfying job). Whole production area looks good. Will certainly use again for any future requirements
Order process was easy..only thing was costly delivery charge added to total price. Tiles are a great quality, very sturdy and easy to put down with the click together method. Easy to keep clean. very happy with my purchase and would easily recommend these to anyone who is looking for suggestions regarding flooring in their garage.
