The Challenge
- The painted floor in the Tool Room Workshop and Experimental areas needed to be refreshed every year costing time and money and causing disruption.
- The floor needed to be tough enough to withstand the usual stresses of a workshop such as heavy machinery, vibration, oils and chemicals as well as wheeled traffic with high point loadings.
- In such a busy environment it was essential that the tiles should be very low maintenance and easy to clean.
