• Is there anything wrong with the special offer, batch end or discounted stock? – 99% of the time the answer is absolutely NO. As a company we primarily supply large contracts in excess of 300 or 400m² and make the tiles in batches of 2000m²+. Just like wallpaper and carpet we do not like to mix different production batches and so when we get to less than 100m² of a batch we move it into our special offers area to free up space for the next production run, it is as simple as that. Very occasionally we will have small quantities of tiles that may have slight imperfections such as speckling on the surface but which aren’t of poor enough quality that we will reprocess them, if there are any defects in the tiles this will be clearly identified in the product listing and the price will reflect that they are of a lower quality than the standard special offer stock.
• Can I mix special offer stock with the premium grade stock? – Absolutely, as said above the special offer stock are premium grade tiles but just at a discounted price, if you want add a special colour from the stand E500/7 or E500/6 range it is not a problem.

• Does recycled mean lower quality? – No, the recycled tiles are made from our in house production waste, from installatoion off cuts that we or our customers undertake or tiles that have been exchanged by customers for a new floor as part of our 100% recycling commitment. We carefully monitor and grade the plastic as it goes through the recycling process to ensure there are no contaminants in the recycled material and can guarantee that the quality of the raw material is of the same high standard as the premium grade ecotile.
• Can I use the recycled tiles with the premium grade stock? – In general terms No, the recycling process results in a slightly smaller tile than the premium grade ecotile made from virgin plastic. If you wish to use a special colour to demarcate an area or want to use a different coloured ramp it shouldn’t be a problem but if you wanted 50% recycled tiles and 50% premium grade we wouldn’t recommend it.
• Are the recycled tiles available in any colour other than graphite grey and black? – No, because we are mixing and regrinding lots of different colours to manufacture the recycled material we can only master batch / pigment the plastic with dark colours.
